Fraud Alert: Debit Cards

The First National Bank of Liberal/Hugoton does everything possible to protect customers from debit and ATM card fraud. As a precautionary measure for the security of our customers, we have reduced transaction limits for transactions originating out of state. If you plan to travel out of state in the near future, please contact the Bookkeeping Department at 620-626-1300. We also recommend that you use your pin number whenever possible.

Please consult the list of ATM Safety Tips, compiled by the American Bankers Associaton, for information about protecting yourself and your ATM/debit cards.

The security of our online offering continues to be a top priority. We are monitoring the situation and will inform you if updates become available. For more detailed information about this issue, consult the National Vulnerability Database.

FNBee Line Phone Number:(888) 624-1971

Telephone banking with the FNBee Line is still here! Although we’ve promoted the convenient toll-free number for years, we inadvertently caused some confusion recently when we discontinued the local phone number for the FNBee Line. The old local number is no longer in service, but you can still reach the FNBee Line for telephone banking at (888) 624-1971. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, and we invite you to make a note of other ways to reach us.
